Here, you can stroll through the grassland, interact with herdsmen, and experience the simple life of the grasslands.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Yuzixi Mountain Summit Viewing Platform, offering sweeping views of snow-capped mountains, rolling grasslands, and winding valleys. Then, in the evening, we’ll arrive at Xinduqiao, a charming town nestled beneath snow-capped peaks. Here, you can enjoy local cuisine, folk performances, and stroll the streets to experience the relaxed pace of life and the allure of Tibetan culture.

We’ll first visit Dongda Mountain, revered by Tibetans as the “Land of Immortals,” featuring stunning snow-capped peaks, lush forests, and crystal-clear rivers. Our destinations include Basu County, Midui Glacier, Ranwu Lake, and Bomê County, each offering unique experiences. Firstly, we’ll visit Midui Glacier, hidden in a remote valley, where you can hike and witness the marvels of nature. Don’t forget your camera to capture these unforgettable moments.
Next, we head to Ranwu Lake, a serene alpine lake surrounded by towering snow-capped mountains. At the lakeside, you can admire the reflection of the mountains in the water and enjoy moments of tranquility. Finally, we arrive at Bomê County, a charming Tibetan town known for its traditional architecture and bustling markets, offering spectacular mountain views. On the ninth day of our journey, we will traverse the magnificent Tibetan Plateau, starting from Nyingchi and following the route to Lhasa, exploring this mysterious and breathtaking land.
Our first stop will be Basumtso Lake, a tranquil and magnificent alpine lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks with crystal-clear waters. Here, you can experience the tranquility and mystery of nature, as well as enjoy outdoor activities such as boating or hiking, and indulge in the beauty of this serene landscape.
Next, we’ll head to Gongbujiangda, a traditional Tibetan town renowned for its ancient streets and unique architectural style. Strolling through the town, you’ll immerse yourself in the rich Tibetan cultural atmosphere and experience the daily life of the local people.
Afterward, we’ll continue along the Nyingchi-Lhasa Highway, a winding and picturesque road offering breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, gorges, and streams along the way. During the journey, we’ll make occasional stops, allowing you to fully appreciate the surrounding beauty and capture precious photos.

Today, let’s delve into the treasured gems of Lhasa, Tibet, starting with the majestic Potala Palace. Once the residence of past Dalai Lama, it’s also hailed as the highest palace in the world. Then, there’s the iconic Jokhang Temple, which holds the utmost significance in Tibetan Buddhism. And don’t forget Barkhor Street, with its magical charm that encourages you to slow down and let go of worries.
The Potala Palace stood as the religious and political center of old Tibet, towering atop the Red Hill in the heart of Lhasa. Majestic and imposing, it stands as the iconic architectural symbol of Tibet. Climbing up the 365 steps from the palace’s entrance to the main structure, known as the Red Palace, visitors will sequentially explore the Dalai Lama’s political hall, prayer halls, and the stupa hall. Here, you’ll encounter remarkable murals and exquisite Buddha statues, embodying the accumulation of all the wealth and treasures of old Tibet.
